Pick-up Policy

At Earthmoving Warehouse, we understand the convenience of picking up your orders in person. To ensure a smooth and secure experience for both our customers and our team, ensure you read and understand the following pick-up policy:

Eligibility for Pick-Up:

  • Only online orders that have been placed through our website and have had "Pick-Up" selected are eligible for this service.
  • Customers must provide a valid order number and photo ID that matches the name on the order.

Your Pick-Up Location:

  • The designated pick-up location will be clearly communicated to customers during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email.

Pick-Up Hours:

  • Clients can pick up their orders during our regular business hours. Any exceptions or special requests must be communicated and agreed to in advance.

Notification and Confirmation:

  • Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification. It is essential to wait for this confirmation before arriving at the pick-up location.

Pick-Up Timeframe:

  • Customers are expected to pick up their orders within 2 days from the date of the notification, unless otherwise agreed to. If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it may be subject to restocking fees, and items may be returned to inventory.

Authorized Pick-Up:

  • If someone other than the customer is picking up the order, they may be requested to present a copy of the order confirmation email or a signed letter of authorization from the customer, along with their own valid photo ID.

Inspection Upon Pick-Up:

  • Customers are encouraged to inspect their order at the time of pick-up. If there are any issues or discrepancies, they should be reported immediately to our on-site staff.

Changes to Pick-Up Policy:

Earthmoving Warehouse reserves the right to modify this pick-up policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and updated policy documents.

Shipping Policy

Items will be shipped as soon as possible and usually within 24-72 hours. Custom orders may take a little longer. Please make sure to advise the make and model of your machine at the checkout. You will be contacted to confirm specifications. When your order is picked up you will be sent a consignment number from the carrier. Once your order is "on truck" we cannot guarantee freight times.

Regional delivers: Due to most items being paletised and weights up-to 3000kg, all freight costs are calculated to your closest major Regional depot. 

Orders with Residential Delivery selected must not exceed 5Kg in total, deliveries weighing between 5Kg and 20Kg will be made available at the customers closest collection depot of our choosing.

All orders over 20Kg must be delivered to a commercial business facility with a forklift (MHE). This will not include residential properties due to the Terms and Conditions provided by freight carriers nationally.  These include, but are not limited to TNT, Team Global Express, Followmont, Hi-Trans and other local and interstate carriers.

* Please note that carriers now consider that farms with a house on them are a residential property. *

Residential Deliveries

All deliveries over 20Kg will be delivered to the closest freight depot available to the shipping address you provide or by you confirming for it to be sent to a local commercial business with unloading facilities. Eg Local Ag Supplies, Co-op, Engineering Workshop etc.

At Earthmoving Warehouse we endeavour to supply you your goods as soon as possible.

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1 to 5 business days but please bear in mind that some products will take longer.

Depending on the make and model of your machine lead times to fabricate hitches, frames or custom orders may take a little longer.

When items are picked up by the freight company you will be sent a consignment note so you can track your order.

Free Freight Policy

Offer:

Earthmoving Warehouse’s Free Freight offer applies to select products across our store and to customers within Australia.

Eligibility:
This offer is valid for all customers located within Australia.
The offer applies to orders placed directly through Earthmoving Warehouse, either via the website, written or over the phone.
This offer is limited to selected products only, addition products not noted as free freight may incur a charge – even if packaged with the free freight products.

    Free Freight Conditions:
    Free freight applies to delivery to the closest carrier depot chosen by Earthmoving Warehouse based on the customer's delivery address.
    Customers cannot choose a specific carrier or depot location, however Earthmoving Warehouse can explore alternative delivery locations based on the customers local knowledge.
    This offer does not cover any additional fees associated with the delivery process, such as special handling charges.

    Location Restrictions:
    Customers within the Northern Territory will be provided free freight to a carrier depot of our choosing within Katherine or Darwin, a service fee of $150.00 applies.

    Customers within Western Australia will be provided free freight to a carrier depot of our choosing within Perth only.

      Order Minimum:

      There is no minimum order value required for this free freight offer.

      Offer Duration:

      Earthmoving Warehouses reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

      Returns:
      In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for any return freight charges.
